I haven't tested every duration number from 1 to 30 days, but every number I enter other than 7 days causes the widget to disappear. Why? Version 2.3.4.
It should reappear after a refresh unless your job queue is backed up. Trending results are computed in the background. Viewing a page with the widget for the first time enqueues the computation.
Thanks again, Jeremy. I was refreshing only once, which made the widget disappear. I didn't think to refresh two or three times, which eventually causes the widget to reappear.
