404 pages redirect to a certain page after 10 seconds..

I think your sample is pretty bad.
Someone wants a page on your site, and they're taken to Facebook? Doesn't seem like a good move to me.
As it happens, you have a pretty functional 404 page there, with search and suggested other topics they can visit now the one they wanted isn't available. I wouldn't redirect from that page, and certainly not off your forum.
