2nd Hand Licence Transfer Question

I have a client with a licence they no longer use who offered it to me for sale. I don't have a customer account as while I own licences for other platforms I don't own a XF one. Does this pose an issue or as part of the transfer will support create me an account?

We create the account as part of the transfer process.

The existing license holder just needs to log in to their account and submit a ticket requesting a transfer and then we take it from there.
