I don't know if this is a bug, but when we change the buttons editor color in the style properties, the color of the drop down menu doesn't change:

This generally isn't unexpected -- the color refers specifically to the icons on the toolbar itself, not the content of any dropdowns. If you wanted to change those, that would likely require direct CSS changes.
