Fixed On attachment delete not implemented

Deleting an attachment does not delete the associated media item.
The Media Item page looks broken....

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XFMG release (2.1.2).

Change log:

Implement onAttachmentDelete method for the media item attachment handler - if an attachment is deleted, the media item will be too.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
