XF 1.5 1.54 from 1.53 Upgrade Problem

Ok I have no idea why the upgrade 1.54 is not working for me... 1.53 upgraded fine but these files are refusing to be uploaded into the 1.54 upgrade and is basically giving me a 500 server error which is rectified when I reinstall v1.53.

Any help greatly appreciated guys.

That screenshot looks like it is from your FTP client; if there are errors uploading files to your FTP your hosts will be the ones to contact in the first instance.
