XenForo 1.5.6: When in a user state other than 'Valid', users will receive permissions from the {guest} group.

Suggested: When in a user state other than '{valid_state}', users will receive permissions from the {guest} group.

This isn't strictly a bug, but it's inconsistent with the other phrase we created in permission analysis, and this should ensure more consistent translations, so I have changed it.
