1.2: Help button at the bottom?

I somewhat agree that the help button should not be in the navigation to make room for more tabs, but I still think having the help button in the footer in that small text is easy to miss.

Its hardly ever used on my site, its like the old phpBB FAQ ditched that thing all the time too ,

Aside you can always put the link back in the navigation would take like 30 seconds
