Fixed [1.1 b4]Move thread inline moderation missing prefix

Not sure if it is a bug but according to 1.1 b4 you should be able to change the prefix when you move threads to a different forum using inline moderation.

This works when editing the thread from within the thread, but if you are doing inline editing when viewing the thread listing you do not get the option to select a prefix.

is there a way to manage the redirects? From past experience they sometimes do not get set right initially and often stay there for much longer than they were intended.

Not exactly a bug, so much as a feature request, but whatever. Implemented.
