Unmaintained [XI] Help Manager 1.0.1

This update provides support for full friendly URLs (my development environments do not use them). Quick update to provide support for them.

Officially calling this 1.0.0. This update includes:

• Admin Navigation Breadcrumbs
• Delete from the edit page

Includes the install code (whoops).

Fixes a syntax error for PHP 5.2+.

This update brings compatibility minimum to 1.2 and converts everything to use template modifications.

This also adds in the feature to disable default pages and remove them from help page listing (still directly accessible tho).
