[XFA] Thread Template - XF2 3.1.0

Modifications:

• Template selection is now predictable: when several templates match, the first one by display order (then by id) is used
• The “no checks are performed” warning on the template form was replaced by an explanation of how templates are selected
• Add-on icon replaced by the standard XFA icon

New features:

• Display order on each template: the list is sorted by it and shows it as a hint, and inactive templates are greyed out (existing templates get a display order of 10)
• Several templates can now apply to the same forum and user group: a “Template” dropdown appears above the editor on the post thread and quick thread forms, the first template by display order is pre-filled, switching asks for confirmation only if you edited the text, and “None” clears the editor

Modification:

• Updated table name to XF standard

This version is compatible with XF2.3 and earlier versions.
