[XFA] RM Donations - XF2 4.3.0

Corrected bugs:

• Saving the account details page without the donation permission wiped the stored donation settings and allowed donation fields to be posted; saving is now restricted to users allowed to ask for donations, and default amounts to users allowed to set them
• Editing a resource without the donation permission reset its donation amounts to zero
• The Bitcoin default amount used the PayPal default instead of the user’s Bitcoin default
• Download buttons of the resource version history ignored category-wide and forum-wide donation modes and the author’s account defaults
• Selecting the amount with the mouse, or clicking the QR code, closed the donation popup
• Clicking Download in the Bitcoin form could start the download instead of showing the QR code after switching several times between PayPal and Bitcoin
• The Bitcoin “Open” link was malformed and the amount was not validated
• Error when building the donation form for a resource whose author was deleted
• Invalid amounts (text, negative) are no longer sent to PayPal, and decimal commas such as 5,5 are accepted
• Addresses, resource title and URLs are now properly escaped in the donation popup
• The download button template modification now runs before other add-ons’ modifications so it keeps matching

Modifications:

• PayPal email and Bitcoin address are now validated when saved (account, resource and category)
• In “authors set their own addresses” mode, the “can ask for donation” permission is now checked on the resource author instead of the person downloading, so sites that granted it to every downloader group can now restrict it to author groups
• PayPal amounts are rounded to 2 decimals
• The add-on icon is now the default XFA icon

New features:

• Selectable PayPal donation currency: by authors on the resource add/edit form and in their account details (default for all their resources), by admins per category (category-wide mode) and as a forum default option; the list comes from the Resource Manager currencies option, and the popup shows the currency symbol and sends the right currency to PayPal
