After several changes we decided to change the name of the addon. The reason is that the addon no longer affects only threads.

This version is a transitional release.
It lacks some features but surely we will add them in a future update.

Option to manage cover cache

• Full cache : The image is cached via the browser, will only be re-downloaded when the browser cache is emptied.
• No cache : Forces the user to re-download the image every time.
• Cache with timestamp : Forces the user to re-download the image when it has been updated.
