Project Tracker gives you one place to manage projects, milestones, roadmap items, work logs, releases, statistics, and member notifications.

Use it for software development, community projects, game servers, events, creative work, or any workflow built around milestones. Milestone titles are fully flexible, so they can represent versions, phases, launches, events, or anything else that fits your project.

Give every project a clear milestone-based timeline with progress, statuses, roadmap items, activity, release dates, and optional changelog links.

Flexible Projects & Milestones​

Create unlimited projects and milestones. Projects support Planned, To-Do, In Queue, In Progress, and Released statuses, while each project can use its own milestone sorting method.

Custom Roadmap Items​

Create your own item types such as Feature, Bug fix, Task, Goal, or Event, each with its own Font Awesome icon and color. Roadmap items support Planned, In Progress, and Completed states.

Work Logs & Live Activity​

Post dated work logs to milestones and keep members informed as work progresses. Important roadmap state changes can also appear automatically in the Activity Log.

Project Statistics & Release Insights​

Choose a reporting month and year to review release summaries, previous-period comparisons, release history, completed roadmap items, work logs, monthly releases, and all-time totals across every project you can access.

Per-Project Insights​

Each project includes its own interactive activity chart and statistics, helping members see how work is progressing over time.

Project Watching & Notifications​

Members can watch individual projects and receive XenForo alerts or emails for new work logs and milestone status changes.

License Setup​

After installation, open the add-on's License options and enter your main license key. If you have a branding-free license for Project Tracker, enter its branding-free license key there as well.

License verification may use XenCustomize.com with local caching. Normal installation and uninstallation do not depend on our server being available. An expired license does not disable normal use of the add-on, but an active valid license is required for official support and access to new downloads or updates released after the license expires.
