A new update is available for Project Tracker by XenCustomize.
We're pleased to release Project Tracker 2.3.4, introducing a new way to understand development progress and release activity across all of your projects.
XenCustomize Project Tracker 2.3.4 Released
The new Project Statistics page brings release summaries, a 12-month Release History chart, monthly development activity, a paginated monthly release list, and all-time Project Tracker totals together in one clear overview.
Choose a unified month and year reporting period to review monthly activity alongside month and year release comparisons. Development Activity also shows how many distinct projects were released, plus the projects and milestones receiving work logs during the selected month.
Release History periods and monthly release pages can be browsed with AJAX navigation. The Project Tracker index also includes rolling 30-day and 12-month Release Activity summaries alongside all-time totals, keeping useful insights close to your project cards.
Two independent permissions let administrators control access to the compact index statistics and the full detailed statistics page separately. All statistics continue to respect project visibility and the visitor's roadmap and work-log permissions.
This release also improves completion tracking for roadmap items. New completions now record their actual completion time, while existing completed items are included in historical statistics using their released milestone date where available.

A new update is available for Project Tracker by XenCustomize.
We're pleased to release Project Tracker 2.3.3, bringing several improvements to milestone and roadmap management, project activity, and frontend work logs.
Milestones can now be created directly from the project page, while roadmap items can be selected and managed in bulk using XenForo's inline moderation controls. This makes it easy to move multiple roadmap items to another milestone or delete several items at once.
Project cards have also been improved to show roadmap items when no work logs are available, giving visitors a better view of planned development before activity logs have been added.
This release also improves the live project workflow. When changing a roadmap item state creates an automatic work log, the new entry now appears immediately in the Activity Log without requiring a page refresh.
Finally, frontend work log date and time handling has been improved, including automatic current date/time selection when adding a new work log.

We're pleased to release Project Tracker 2.3.2, a customer-suggestion focused update that improves milestone management from both the Admin CP and the frontend project workflow.
Milestones can now be deleted from the Admin CP with a confirmation overlay. When a milestone has related roadmap items or work logs, you can either reassign them to another milestone in the same project or delete them together with the milestone.
This release also adds frontend milestone editing, allowing permitted users to update milestone details directly from the project view without switching back to the Admin CP. Milestone title, changelog URL, status, progress, and release date can now be managed from the same workflow used for roadmap items and work logs.
A new Edit milestones permission gives you separate control over who can manage milestones from the frontend, keeping milestone editing independent from roadmap item and work log permissions.

- Released milestones now use the current time as the release date if no date is entered from the frontend.
- Frontend milestone edits use the same status-change notification flow as Admin CP edits.
- The frontend milestone editor focuses on editing milestone details; milestone deletion remains Admin CP only.
- Milestone deletion protects related roadmap items and work logs from being orphaned.
- Reassignment is limited to another milestone in the same project, with validation if the selected target is missing or invalid.
- Deleting related records remains available for cleanup when a milestone and its scoped content are no longer needed.

Project Tracker v2.3.1.1 is a small maintenance update that fixes a hardcoded phrase.
- Fixed the Released status description phrase to remove hardcoded XenCustomize wording and use a generic, multi-purpose text.
We're pleased to release Project Tracker 2.3.1, a polish-focused update with several usability, styling, and quality improvements.
This version improves the Project Insights chart system with a cleaner monthly timeline, paged navigation for older data, and inline AJAX navigation without full page reloads. We also improved chart visibility in dark mode for better readability across styles.
On the project view page, roadmap items now support expand/collapse behavior similar to work logs, and project icon editing has been refined with a more XenForo-native hover edit overlay.
We also improved Admin CP behavior by making the Project Tracker navigation respect admin access permissions, and replaced hardcoded interface text with phrases to make the add-on more fully translatable.
