[XenConcept] User Activity 2.4.1

This is a performance and stability release. Nothing changes visually with the default settings, except that the block footer is back.

Added:

• The block footer (Total / members / guests) is back on the viewers blocks. Turn on "Remove block footer" to hide it.
• New "Viewers limit" option for the thread and forum viewers blocks (0 by default = no limit). Members over the limit are shown as "and X more".
• New option to delete old reading history automatically (off by default).
• New cache option for the "(X viewing)" counters on the forum list (30 seconds by default). The XenForo cache is used when one is configured (Redis, Memcached, APCu…).

Changed:

• The "(X viewing)" counters on the forum list are no longer calculated on every page. They load only when the list is shown and are cached, shared by all visitors.
• Guests no longer write to the readers table every time they view a thread.
• One database query less per thread view.
• New database indexes for the viewers and readers blocks.
• Reading history is now deleted along with its thread or user.
• Posting a message no longer updates the read date on every edit, only when the message is created.
• Removed unused code: a cache that was rebuilt every time a forum was saved, an unused heavy query and empty class extensions.

Fixed:

• Server error when a robot opened "Show all" on the "Who read this thread" block.
• "Users who replied" overlay: users without permission now get a proper "no permission" page, and the overlay follows the block's on/off option.
• Widgets placed manually in a widget position now check their context and permissions.
• Older versions created two widgets for definitions that did not exist. They are now removed.

• Move project-related permissions to project permissions

• Fix the in some cases a comma was displayed but the user was missing.
• Fix "show all" which was always displayed in the "User Who replied this thread" block

• Who read this thread: The date and time was identical to the date of the creation of the thread.

• Fixed a bug in the block "Users Who Are viewing This Forum" the visitor was badly retrieved.
