Update for XF 2.3

Change :

• Update the JS file for remove the jQuery dependence.

Note : This version require XF 2.3

Fix:

• Fix error [E_NOTICE] Undefined offset: 1 and [E_WARNING] DateTime::setTime() expects parameter 1 to be int

Add:

• Add option for enable a progress bar
• Add option for date start
• Add time input for date start and date end field

Change:

• Use phrases with prefixed by "units". units_months, units_days, etc.

Update of the archive

Fixed a bad link

The login page is now available to everyone. However, users who can not bypass the maintenance page will see the maintenance page once logged in.
Fixed bug that show the following message "The maintenance page is activated. Disable maintenance page here" to all user groups
