Fixed a bug related to the add-on "Forum Password"

• All the add-on was redone.
• All bug report in the forum "Bug report" to was fixed
• We have reorganize the permissions
• We added two new permissions
  • Number of posts required to comment on profile posts
  • Number of posts required to use Report button

For this version you have to uninstall the old version and install the new version
