[XB] Reaction to Vote 2.0.3 Patch Level 3

Feature: dynamically update reaction list on vote (optional)

• Fix: corrected logic for reactions triggered by votes
• Fix: option "React on voting on content" did not retain its checked state

2.0.1 Patch Level 3:
- Fixed removing vote on taking cancelling reaction in suggestion threads

Fix: Front-end actions are performed regardless of disabled content-types & nodes

Fix: reaction to other's posts in suggestion threads causes vote to own thread
