Warning Improvements by Xon 2.11.6

(consistently) Support the following replaceable for warning conversations & post notifications;

• title
• content
• url
• user_id
• name
• username
• staff
• staff_user_id
• points
• report
• date
• notes
• warning_title
• warning_points
• warning_category
• threshold
• warning_link

These replaceables with be used by Warning Acknowledgement v2.2.0+ for user notes (release pending)

• Fix Moderator Essentials compatibility
• Ensure default phrases are added (when viewing Warnings in the admincp)

This add-on appears to have no compatibility issues with XF2.1

• Add a user's warning count to warning tab header on a user profile
  • XF2 removed this feature that XF1 had.

• On upgrading, always ensure extra phrases (warning title 0 & category title 0) are check and always created if they do not exist.
• Update installer to use shared libraries used my my other add-ons.
  • Ensure the src/addons/SV/Utils folder is also uploaded! If it exists, just overwrite.

• Ensure HTML attributes using phrases are escaped properly
• Fix handling warning defaults (delete form not converted from XF1).

• Do not display link to warnings in Warning Alerts if the user can't see their own warnings.

• Fix "Usable by user groups: All user groups" for Warning Category permissions not sticking

• Support the "All user groups" option for Warning category permissions
  • This changes the defaults so this add-on no longer requires configuration for warnings to keep working on initial install
• Migrate Warning Category user group allowed list to known-good format
• Do not allow original Warning Category id 1 to be deleted

• Fix "Please enter valid title " error when using the Warning Service from custom code with a custom warning definition.
