[UW] Node Icons 1.2.0 — Auto duotone read icons

No more preparing two versions of every icon. Node Icons can now generate the "read" (gray) icon for you, straight from your colour unread icon.

What's new

• Auto duotone mode — per node, choose Upload manually (as before) or Auto: duotone from unread icon. The read icon is generated on the server as a PNG, with transparency fully preserved.
• Your colors, not just gray — pick the duotone Shadows and Highlights colors board-wide, with one-click preset swatches (grayscale, blue, teal, coral, purple, pink, amber), or override the colors per node.
• White background rescue — an optional setting treats near-white backgrounds as transparent, for icons that were saved without an alpha channel.
• Instant re-theming — change the global colors and every auto node is re-generated on save.

Notes

• Fully backwards compatible: existing nodes and manually uploaded icons are untouched, and switching a node between manual and auto modes never deletes your uploads.
• Auto mode requires a raster unread icon (PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP); SVG icons can still be used with manual uploads.
• Requires XenForo 2.3+. Upgrading from 1.1.x adds the new options automatically — no configuration changes needed.

First pick the color you want. If you want one shade of color, use white for highlights and click Save.

Pick a node, upload only the unread icon and choose "Auto: duotone from unread icon", it will automatically generate the read icon:
