Unmaintained Thread Ratings 1.2.1.7

This is a generous upgrade to the addon. You can now manage who can rate your threads using the usergroup permissions system.

The option to control the display of who rated a thread has been moved to the permissions system as well. This is to give you more control over who can see the actual ratings.

Remember to set up usergroup permissions after upgrading the addon. By default it is set to No, and thus, no body will be able to see rating stars or rate threads.

Another requested feature was implemented in this release: Sort threads by thread rate.

The template modifications are now less greedy, thanks to @Waindigo for the heads up.

Small update for anyone having trouble when using this addon with sonnb - Live Thread addon.

If you don't use the Live Thread addon, you don't need to upgrade.

A bug has been found in the addon, thanks to @RoldanLT for reporting it.
