Instruction:
- Download the attachment and extract the file
- Goto AdminCP >> Blocks [under XenPorta Option]
- Click "+ Install Block"
- Select the downloaded file in step 1 above and then click "Install Block"
- Goto AdminCP >> Portal [under XenPorta >> Layouts Option]
- Drag the "CMSDonationSidebar" to the desired position in sidebar
