Scheduled Content 1.0.3

Scheduled Content 1.0.3 introduces five major new features, expanding the add-on into a more comprehensive content scheduling and automation system for XenForo communities.

1. Scheduled Thread Actions

Automatically close, reopen, sticky or unsticky existing threads at specific dates and times. Actions respect native forum moderation permissions.

2. Interactive Scheduling Calendar

Plan and manage upcoming publications through a dedicated monthly or weekly calendar. Select dates, view upcoming schedules, reschedule content and manage scheduled entries from one convenient interface.

3. Linked Publication Sequences

Create complete publishing campaigns by scheduling a thread alongside future replies and thread actions. Linked content is automatically associated with the original thread when published.

4. Scheduled Polls & Voting Windows

Schedule threads containing native XenForo polls, configure voting options and specify when voting should automatically close.

5. Smart Publishing Queue

Prepare multiple threads or replies and automatically distribute them across your preferred publishing days and times. Configure default or forum-specific publishing schedules, manage queue order and pause or resume scheduled publication.

These features give community owners greater flexibility to plan announcements, discussions, competitions and ongoing content without needing to publish everything manually.

Added XenForo's native username autocomplete to Author fields. Start typing a username and select a matching member from the suggestions instead of entering the full username manually. Customer requested feature.

Scheduled Content 1.0.2 introduces support for file and image attachments.

You can now attach files when creating or editing scheduled threads and replies, with attachments automatically included when your content is published.

Attachment handling uses XenForo's native system, respecting existing upload permissions and restrictions.

Maintenance Update

Repositioned the ACP menu below Setup and Add-ons.

Scheduled Content 1.0.1 fixes an issue affecting XenForo installations with Full Friendly URLs disabled.

On affected setups, selecting a forum or thread and clicking Continue could return the user to the forum index instead of opening the scheduling form.

This update fixes that behaviour for both scheduled threads and replies, and also improves compatibility with Scheduled Content filtering on non-friendly URL setups.

No database changes are required.
