Unmaintained Regex Moderation 1.3.1

Fixed a bug that prevented a successful installation.

You can now enter a description for each new „word pattern“ to help remembering which kind of words are matched by the pattern.

IMPORTANT: the word patterns saved in previous releases will not work anymore! So make sure to save them before updating!
