Admin CP option to separate the Members list from anyone already shown in Staff Online / People You Follow, avoiding duplicate listings.
When enabled, anyone already shown in the Staff Online or People You Follow rows is excluded from the general Members list below, instead of appearing in both places.
Sub-heading logic updated to match — it now only renders if there's actually someone left to put under it once staff/followed users are excluded.
If Staff Online or Following is switched off entirely in the widget's own settings, it won't try to exclude against a row that isn't shown.
Staff Online label is now managed by its own phrase, independent of core.
