Support after purchasing the add-on is nonexistent. I opened two tickets on the developer's website last year and ended up closing both after receiving no response. I recently asked about two other issues I'm experiencing with the add-on on this forum, both mentioning the developer so they can receive the alert in their notification panel. Again, I still haven't received any response despite the developer connecting to the forum. For all of this, and I'm truly sorry, I can only give it one star...
