Installed and tested Download Tracker 2.2.0 on a live XenForo 2.3.12 site with XFRM 2.3.13 and PHP 8.4.
It does what it promises. You can see who downloaded which attachment and resource file, from the member profile (“Files downloaded”), the account page, the resource and version downloader lists and the ACP log. Repeat downloads within a short window are de-duplicated, so the counters show real unique downloads instead of inflated numbers. You can choose which content types to track. There are separate permissions for own/any lists, and IP data shows only to staff who can view IPs.
What impressed me most was the support. I reported several bugs after my first test, and the developer sent a fixed build the same evening. I retested everything on the live site and it all works now. The code is clean too: no external calls, no obfuscation.
Tip for new users: after installing, set the permissions (they’re not granted by default) and check the content types option, otherwise you won’t see anything.
Recommended, especially if you run XFRM or share files in posts.
