Do I need Resource Manager?
No. XFDM is stand-alone. Resource Manager is only read if you use the import.

Can I run DDM and Resource Manager side by side?
Yes. They use separate tables, routes and permissions. The import copies content and leaves Resource Manager untouched.

Will the import duplicate my files on disk?
No. The imported file points to the same stored file. XenForo removes a stored file only when nothing references it any more, so deleting the original resource later does not break the imported file.

What happens to discussion threads of my resources?
They stay where they are and are not linked. XFDM files have their own comments and their own Q&A board.

Which payment providers work?
Every provider you have set up as a XenForo payment profile.

What happens when a buyer's update period ends?
They keep access to the last version released during their period ("Download your version") and see a renewal button.

Does it phone home?
No. There is no licence check, no callback and no encoded code.
