Content Blur Pro - Boost Registrations and Upgrades v2.5.10

• NEW: User Mode (advanced permission-based) now allows force or exempt individual threads without changing who can read the rest of the forum
• NEW: Permission "View specific blurred threads" is copied on upgrade from "Bypass blur for thread text"
  • Ensures no changes to thread visibility for existing usergroups
  • A forced thread stays readable until "View specific blurred threads" permission is set to No for a usergroup
• NEW: Email confirm, moderated, rejected, and disabled accounts follow the guest blur, including guest text obfuscation.

This specifically allows granular control on specific threads where a user may normally be able to read all content within a thread unblurred, you can specifically blur certain threads for certain usergroups to encourage paying subscription, or similar.

Conversely, in a forum where a usergroup would normally see all threads blurred, you can specifically exempt certain threads from blur for certain usergroups, allowing them "a taste of content" without them yet being paying subscribers.

• FIX: Removed the unused base Entity class extension that did not extend XFCP_Entity

• FIX: Prevent InvalidArgumentException "Received invalid UTF-8 for string column [message]" when fading/blurring article posts that contain emoji or malformed UTF-8 (byte substr/strlen split)
