XF 2.3 Forum emails just stopped

I admin a Xenforo forum and as of about the 20th of September all outbound emails have stopped. Nothing has changed on the forum or email side and we're completely stumped on what's happened or how to fix it.
DKIM email authentication is green and working but nothing is being sent. Our email is Gmail under a business account.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Visit the admin email testing page of your forum and test. You will find log for same.
