I have a xenforo cloud hosted blog site but lately I’ve been burnt out on writing. If I were to cancel my membership so I don’t have to pay for it every month… could I ever start it back up?

You can probably ask for a database backup, and request they restore it when you’re ready again. Speak to the staff to confirm that, I do recall reading they’ll provide you the backup on request.

Your data is yours, always, we're just looking after it for you. When you're ready to cancel, either trigger a download of the most recent backup from within the admin control panel, or get in touch with us within six weeks of cancelling and we can provide the download to you.

Whenever you're ready to come back, just provide us with that downloaded backup and we can get you back up and running.
