XF 2.2 What Happens If I Lose My Cloud Subscription?

Hi everyone,

I'm curious about what happens if my cloud subscription ends accidentally or if I miss a payment for any reason. Does my forum, along with all the modifications and addons I've installed, get deleted instantly? Is there a backup feature in place to protect my data?

There is a grace period and regular backups taken.

Alrighty that's great. Do I have access to these backups, or are they entirely managed by XenForo since it's the cloud version?

They're managed by us but you can ask for a backup at any time.
