Confirmed Setting image height in bbcode does not work (2.2.13)

Setting the image height in the bbcode editor to e.g. 100px does not work, as the image is displayed in full size in post view (the editor view shows it correctly). Setting the width does work.

The problem is style="{$styleAttr}" moved from the image tag to the containing div in the lightbox_macros::single_image template macro. Without an explicit width/height being applied by css the weight/height attributes are being ignored.

Thanks, I also just discovered that and I have to correct my post in a way that only when both width and height are set the image is correctly sized.

Adding this CSS to extra.less appears to fix the issue for now
