I've solved my issue building upon the suggestion here from S Thomas. In my case, I went to the Post.php in /src/XF/Report folder on the server From there I added the following: . ' (' . $content->Thread->Forum->Node->title . ')' into the two lines of $threadTitle = public function...

Just to give feedback, I'm on 2.1.3 and used this to success: In doing so, it did set all the numeric values to 0 while setting others to 'No' and the user was removed from the list of special permission individuals. Cheers.
