After a month of wrangling this issue, I wanted to share an update. I had previously taken the suggestions here and forced non-www traffic. This did not resolve the issue for my users. Even though it's only been a few dozen users, they've been quite vocally unhappy. So, I continued to try a few...
Yes, they do have the box checked to stay logged in already, but it's not working, unfortunately. I have sent the htaccess info to my tech for forcing non-www, so I will see if that resolves it. Thank you for the input.
I have increasing reports from users that they are being logged out repeatedly. Reports include Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera browsers. This is a new problem and just started a few days ago. I had, at first, asked them to clear their cache and cookies but it only resolves it temporarily. My...
I already had the default permissions for Registered Users set to Not Set/No for it but they CAN still see them.
When I set it to Never, then I can't see them even as an admin.
Is there a way to change the settings so that a regular (registered) user can no longer see soft deleted media? The faint thumbnail is causing some confusion. I'd like to restrict this just to moderators/admin.

I have a very busy gallery. When a user uploads to the member gallery, the default preferences are that they now get alerts any time something is uploaded to that gallery because it's automatically "watched." This is resulting in 1200-1400 alerts per user. It's really frustrating people. Is...
My understanding is that the media comments currently do not impact a user's overall post count. I would like to either have the forum and media comments count together or at least be able to see how many media comments a user has left. Is there a modification for this?
The users were able to upload in a different browser. Additional info seems to be that there is a lengthy lag in Safari before the file is actually attached. Odd behavior for sure, but I'm fine with the workaround of an alternate browser.
I have a few users with Safari 9.0.2 who are reporting the following:
They get the popup window to upload their file. They are able to choose a file, but then it immediately disappears and returns to "no file selected."
Any thoughts on what could be causing this or a possible workaround...
