Okay. I suspected that based on your post with the pictures. I assist the site's owner and he said he activated the slider. I checked and it looked like it was activated, but now I don't know why it doesn't show up. Could you explain it to me? OR is this something he has to do?

We purchased this add-on but are having trouble with the slider. I can't get it to work even through we've tinkered with the settings -- timing etc... I don't know what we did wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions why this might be?

You have to turn it to 0 and then uncheck the "Active" and "Alert" boxes. Also click the Interest link. It will take you to another screen. Make sure everything is set to 0. That should do it. On our forum we don't show hundredths. http://thecantina.starwars7news.com/index.php Also, what...

It's at the bottom - List Actions. There is an option for interest.

Go into your Admin panel. You should see a tab for "Credits." Click credits and there's an option at the left for "List Transactions." Under List Transactions you can tweak the settings. You probably want to turn off the option for "interest."
