Heya, we bought this addon for this feature, but it seems to not work? Specifically, the above option does not appear at all unfortunately, even when the prefix is set to require a user to specify date/time. I'm running XF 2.3.4

Honestly, pretty much. Reported some issues - got radio silence from them - this is despite them collecting annual renewal fees. I've gone the route of patching it up for privately at this rate.
