Are there any plans with 1.2 to include things like master/slave support (without plugin) or other big board features? Any improvements to large queries/indexing? Just wondering how much work I should put into hacking scalability and performance features vs waiting for XenForo 1.2.

Is it possible to only use this for the thread creation on post (no login or comment system)? Also, does Xenforo need to be installed on the same server as wordpress? I have them separated.

it seems that the only way to update a style (and addon as well?) is to re-upload the .xml file via the admin UI. can it be done simply by updating the files on the server? we are integrating xenforo into our application stack which already has automated deployment mechanisms, but requires that...

i'm looking to setup a XF install which respects my existing application's authentication. my goal is to have the user never, ever login to XF directly but instead login to my application and have XF use the session cookie i create to figure out who they are. are there any examples of this...
