How about keep the files you moved into web root and put back the files in the community directory, and then go to the ACP and set options as you prefer, and then delete one set of files? The first error message looks like not all the files moved correctly, so make sure the files are all there...

Here is how to manually apply the XF Lightbox to thumbnails on the forum homepage. See the screenshot. If you click a thumbnail, the XF Lightbox opens like it does for attachments. If someone works out how to use the forum_list_nodes template hook, this could conceivably be done via said hook...

Not sure what to call this. See screenshot. Periodically happens. Been happening for a while, but finally got a screenshot of it. Always seems to occur in one threadbit on forumdisplay. Can be any one threadbit, not necessarily near top. Might be in middle or near bottom. Refresh usually...

Along the same vein... it pulls newest first, so the five newest on the first run, next five, older, on the second run, etcetera, so the newer threads have older content. Would like newer threads to have newer content. :)

While I definitely appreciate the thread preview, I have been finding myself over-mousing. It goes something like this on forumdisplay type pages. There is a thread title that catches my eye, mouse over to get the preview, dang, preview went off screen, scroll, mouse back to get preview...
