Not a bug Zend_Db_Adapter_Mysqli_Exception

I got this message in admin panel today.Who knows what can it be? "Zend_Db_Adapter_Mysqli_Exception: User skript893459654 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections - library/Zend/Db/Adapter/Mysqli.php:333"

This is a server limit.

Ask your host to increase it.
