RM 1.2 "You must upload a file to create a version or resource"?

I'm trying to edit the tagline for one of my existing resources, and when I press save, I get the following error:

"You must upload a file to create a version or resource"

I have "Does not have a file" checked as available options for this category, and all Resource Moderator positions granted.

Any ideas?

It sounds like your importer didn't create the necessary version records, which is probably a big deal. You may need to contact the importer author.
