I contacted my bank directly and they confirmed that there is no block, restriction, or decline on my card. My card is fully enabled for international and online transactions, and I regularly make international purchases without any issues.

Based on this, it appears that the transaction is being rejected by the PayTR payment gateway itself, which is known to automatically block or decline many international cards from Latin America due to strict anti-fraud filters.

Unfortunately, this means the issue is not related to my bank, but rather to PayTR’s payment processing policies.

I am very interested in purchasing your add-on and I am ready to complete the payment immediately. I would really appreciate it if you could offer any alternative payment method, such as:

What I would really like to see is a summary at the top of each topic, summarizing the main question of the topic and the answer that has been given.
On my forum, topics are automatically closed after a few months, meaning no new replies can be added. Therefore, the summary should only be created once and doesn’t need to be updated afterwards.
I would also like the summary to include generated keywords that can be clicked on. For example, a topic about a Bosch washing machine with a pump issue could automatically create categories such as “Bosch washing machine”, “Bosch washing machine pump”, and “washing machine pump problem”.
My forum is very extensive in the field of DIY and home improvement, and I would love to organize it better in this way.

I get what you're after - basically an AI that reads the thread, writes a quick summary at the top, and auto-generates some clickable tags based on the content. Pretty cool idea actually, especially for a DIY forum with tons of archived topics.

That said, this is way outside what the add-on currently does. It would basically be a whole separate project. So honestly, I can't promise on this front.

Thanks for your reply, and you’re welcome. I hope someone sees potential in creating the kind of addon I have in mind. I believe it could increase the chances of getting your content referenced by AI.
In addition, you could even incorporate something related to translation, which would make the site interesting for visitors in other languages as well. And for a forum with a million posts, it could open up great possibilities to organize everything based on keywords.
If you or anyone else ever consider developing this addon, I’ll be your first customer :)
 
Is it possible to get a free trial for a week prior to purchase? we want to make sure it works as intended for our project.

I finally bought this today, installed, and at least the basics are working. Seems very well made and written in general.

I do seem to have a bug though, or perhaps it's a misunderstanding of how things are meant to work. When I try create a knowledge base entry containing our forum rules (plain ASCII) to feed to the AI agent, whenever I then assign the KB category to the bot in its settings, all responses stop working.

There's no errors shown in the log, nor changes in the activity log, it just doesn't register prompts for the forum bot until I then remove the category from the 'Knowledge' tab on the bot - then everything works fine again.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something in terms of how to set it up?

Thank you for the detailed report. To help us investigate this issue properly, could you please provide the following information:

1. Knowledge Base Setup:
  • How many KB categories have you created?
  • Approximately how many entries are in the category you're assigning to the bot?
  • Could you share a sample of one KB entry (title, keywords, and first 100-200 characters of content)? We want to check if any special characters might be causing issues.
2. Bot Configuration:
  • Which AI provider are you using (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)?
  • What model is selected for the bot?
  • Is the bot working correctly for @mentions before assigning any KB category?
3. Debug Information:
  • Could you temporarily enable Debug Mode in Admin CP → Setup → Options → AI Assistant → Debug Mode, then try triggering the bot with the KB assigned?
  • After that, check your server error logs (XenForo Admin CP → Tools → Server Error Log) - are there any new entries?
4. Steps to Reproduce:
  • What exact steps do you follow when assigning the KB to the bot?
  • After assigning, do you @mention the bot immediately, or wait some time?
  • When you say "responses stop working" - does the bot not reply at all, or does it reply but without using the KB content?
This information will help us pinpoint the exact cause of the issue.
