I received this error in Google that I have never seen before, any ideas?

What is your value for "Max URLs to include per sitemap" ?
Reduce it and re-generate sitemap.

I believe it's part of the files you upload that cam with the add on zip file, is there a folder called "sitemap" in the upload folder?

Ok, so I verified that the sitemap only contains 10,000 urls, so so far so fine.
Then, the size of the sitemap after zip is 167 Kb, and unzipped it is 1.4Mb
Which is weird, because the max official size is 10Mb, and actually google updated that limit to 50Mb, and you are under that limit.

I would try resubmitting it. You might want to go to options in the Admin Control Panel and change the urls per sitemap to a lower number (5000) if it is still failing

google just gives me this.
General HTTP error: 404 not found
HTTP Error: 404 I did the cron rebuild and and it worked fine. It built the sitemap in my server but for some reason google says its not there...but it is there??

Is this compatible with route changer? Meaning, I'm looking to change my directory and use the route changer to keep my URLs the same, would this continue to index the URLs based on the changes made with the route changer (again, the URLs shouldn't change, as long as I'm able to do the directory change and use route changer to keep my current URL paths)?

Having converted from Drupal glad this is available many thanks and Great work !! This appears to already also helped my sites ranking on search pages and so on
Not checked yet but noticed its not available to users - as in on Drupal as well as providing the full index for Google and search purposes it was also available to users to help show the sites content - sorry if I have missed this from above but too much to read

@Rigel Kentaurus Hi, I don't know why when I run Rebuild Sitemap manual, this addon working so well, but when it run automatic via cron, it's only create forums sitemap.
This's my sitemap.xml in sitemap.xml.gz:
My forum had 170.000 threads, I had exclude some forums and here is log file:

Might be timing out, people with that much content really have switched to use the Cli version of the add-on
