Cool... I've been awaiting this little project of yours and hoping it is a viable option, as the other current blog alternatives aren't up to XF par IMHO.
 
How large are some people installations? I'm looking to see if I can get a few large database samples to play with for the upgrade from v1.0 to v1.1.

The converter only works taking an XF forum into the blogs after importing to XF first (via vB4 importer).

It only came about as a means for people who were on vB4 and transferred to XF to have the blogs on their forum again as several kept asking for something to do that. Not the greatest of options I would have written, but post-1.1 things will be done much better and with me taking time to work on it properly. :)

This is still relevant, peeps. ;) I need to pick some samples soon. Oh, and I'd suggest making a pass through this forum soon and post any more suggestions you may have (you do not have to be a customer to post there). I'm just about to close things up to any new stuff.

Oh, other peoples suggestions might get in, but all of the features I suggest have to wait :mad:.
 
So [finally] I'm at the point where I can begin to talk about what's new in 1.1. This isn't really major, so posing here instead of an official update to the resource. Bigger features will definitely be highlighted there in the future. I won't say much beyond that RSS feeds are available for the blogs globally, or for a specific user's blog.

Readers who may have looked a little closer at what I posted here the other day may have noticed a couple of things I slipped into the entry previews that I'd like to formally expand on a bit: Member blogs and multi-authored entries.

Member Blogs
Blog entries were grouped together by the user in 1.0, which while logical was very inflexible and didn't lend itself to be sorted as much as most people...
