Fixed xfmg_rating content type phrase missing

2.1.0 (but probably 2.0 as well)

The xfmg_rating content type's phrase doesn't currently exist, so if I use \XF::app()->getContentTypePhraseName I get an invalid phrase

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XFMG release (2.1.1).

Fix some missing content type phrases.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
