Xfmg Category manager nested view option

In the admin backend, when viewing / administering the media categories, they appear as one long list.
We have 10,000+ images in 1600+ categories so the category list is very very long.
Would it be possible to display them nested so that one can expand one section at a time.
Ours is an old car forum . The gallery structure is a tree like this:

Make
--Model
---Cars

There are six Make level categories, about 200 Model level categories and over 1400 Car level categories.

If it were possible to collapse the nest one could then open up just one of the Makes to see all the Models, then open just one of the Models to see the Cars and then admin at that level (add category, rename etc).

The front end view works exactly like this. Could we have the same in the back end please?

Here is how our front end Gallery navigation looks:

Then if one clicks on Sunbeam archive you see this:


If you click on the of the models (1910-15 12/16 and 16hp) you see this:



However, by contrast, in the backend Admin section when one looks at Media, Categories one sees this:

To find something lower down the list means scrolling down many many pages...

I have a similar problem. Batch moving albums and batch deleting is needed.
