Maybe you can add more options:

Can receive
Can deny
Receive always
Deny always

Can receive if not denied (check a checkbox to get an info)
Can deny if the message comes from a "can receive"-User (has to un/check if sending info)
Receive always (no check for other user)
Deny always (no check for me needed)

Now we miss, what should happen if receive always meets deny always :)

You may offer this and take ten instead five euro. :)
 
ya would be great for xf2, i got this for xf1 and i like it because some users lie and say they didnt read my message, but i can see with this add-on that they saw my message,

they are just trying to be sneaky
