Won't fix xf_node_type not associated with an addon_id

Currently entries into xf_node_type are not associated with an addon_id, so if you use an add-on that creates a new node type and you disable that add-on it will still show up when you try to create a new node, but you'll get an error that the route wasn't found.

Roughly, it somewhat pre-dates that system and it's not something that will be changed at this point. (Simply having nodes in with code that is disabled is going to be problematic, as such strictly speaking allowing the related code to be disabled may trigger other issues).
