Lack of interest xf:timeinput handler

Would be nice to have an <xf:timeinput handler that would have styling similar to the date input already available. Could also lead to an <xf:datetimeinput handler that combines the two

Agreed, and it would need a new option for the \XF\InputFilterer in order to handle a new filter for that as well. Having it so that supported browsers would use <input type="time" and other browsers used drop-downs, filtered and validated for us, would massively reduce code duplication and be a huge boon to developers.
